You got all that from this?
Shortly after 4pm, a 28-year-old man was riding his motorbike south along President Road when he collided with a vehicle that was reversing from a driveway
You know as much about the circumstances as I, condolences to the Rider, his family, and thoughts and feelings to the driver of the vehicle.
Driveways, obscured by parked vehicles, council footpath tree's etc arent ideal places to reverse out of at the best of times and looking behind them may have not changed a thing, there's no mention of speed involved, theres no mention of width of the street for manouverability for either car or motorcycle.
Some driveways are shit - on my road I've got good visability (thank God) but car drivers using it as a through road will seldom slow for you on your own home street!
More importantly, protecting eachother's lives is so much more important than a few minutes inconvenience. If it was malicious or neglectful, I hope the penalties are appropriate.
28 years old. Shit.

rip mate
Be so carefull guys where cages can appear from no where, if the driver was at fault im sure karma will get him or her and they spear themselves under a semi.
You kill someone with a gun its life in goal, yet kill someone with a car its 300 bucks and three points.
