I would love the see Ant West on a top bike the Stiggy Honda is good but needs some top speed development, he worked hard for 100% of each lap to just be passed with ease each time down the straight, the lead he had on the 2nd last lap was enough for a win even in supersport. If he didn't loose places each lap down the straight the race was his easily. Coming from outside the top 10 in the grid to 3rd place in 3 laps was crazy

Ant West will one to definitely watch this season, he seems to have a new attitude and with some new work on the bike and hopefully some sponsors he will give Pitty a good run for his money.

Yeah I was cheering for him too. he rode an awesome race. Luckily not every straight in WSS racing is as long as PI.

Westy has always been strong in WSS, remember his wild card rides couple of seasons ago on the r6?

Didn't he win 1 or 2 of those wildcards?? Any wet race this season West will be lapping the competition....

I'm surprised Yamaha didn't sign him when he was a free agent... The Aussie's never really good first choice over the Euro riders...Its BS

Yea go Westy. I hope he wins on an underpowered bike and sticks it to them. I'm sure he can do it.

Good to see Westy back up front, and more importantly enjoying his racing again. He's a top rider on the right equipment.
