Ok i now have a Nokia N96 but since Nokia now has a 3 month free trial period b4 you have to pay for the navigator. It now has nokia maps and my old nokia 6110 had Route 66 that was free to use and not have to use the system.
Is there anyone out there who knows how to use other maps etc on this phone and not have to pay for this.
Im still trying to figure out how to even get my nokia map to owrk let alone get free map software so as not to have to pay the bastards.
theres Tom Tom and Route 66.
Its is all too frustrating these damn phones now.

I run Garmin XT on my E71 (Nokia) and its ok. I super glued a suction cut onto a Leather Case and suction it to the tank. Works fine..

I'll ask a guy at work he has one and doesn't pay for maps......it will also depend on the carrier....eg Telstra

nah I am pretty sure if you use Nokia maps you have to pay for it regardless of who you are with. Not too hard to set up though, I did it and I'm fukt. Haha But any info on other maps etc you can put on these and don't pay for would be cool. Latest version of the nokia maps is pretty trick though.
