9K is too much.
My first K5 went for $5200.00 at auction. All the damage was cosmetic.
Yella saw the bike at the wrecker and he will verify just how little damage was done to it.
Only reason they wrote it off was because it was 3 weeks old and I told them I`d settle for nothing less than a new bike

9k for a bike that looks like its gone end over end is a bit steep.. especially when you browse some of the FS sections elsewhere and see whats on offer

Swing arm looks pretty bent if you look at teh pic from behind.
Also, I'd check those forks thoroughly!

hmmm well there ya go...i thought it was a bargain to get a scratched 20k dollar bike for 9k. guess im wrong!!
i didnt have to good a look at it, obviously because i dont have 9k...but thats what ill be doin if i update to a thou...
yes you can pick up bargains at auction but tyhey are few and far between. and i bet if there is 2 or 3 people bidding on a bike then youll pay top dollar for it!!!

looks to me like the break is in the swingarm, which is a simple bolt on item, but dont know much ones worth:thinking:

or if ya made it a trakky ya only need enuf to bolt ya seat to
