Electric trials bike for kids

Its brilliant but stupid all in one!!!! I looked at this thinking it'd be awesome for my kids in our cul-de-sac (being electric), but they've based the design on a trials bike, theres no real seat... they can't sit down and 'ride' the thing like a pushy or motorbike... they'd have to be up on the pegs all the time. Crazy! It would be an awesome unit though if it was designed to replace a pedal bike.

Engineering wise the specs are good hey? cause if I look on eBay it looks like all the others are just chinese junk, maybe I should all and ask for an option?
