compared to the r15 that will also be getting released the 125 is a much better bike, the 125 has a deltabox frame, heaps better braking system and is close to a full sized bike, to sit on it doesnt feel like a 125 except for the weight or lack there of.it also has a wider rear tyre so it doesnt look like a cheese cutter on the back of it good agressive styling and the rear sets are set higher then the other jap learner legal sports bikes to give it the sportsbike feel

130/70 17 is not a big rear tyre, my CBR250 has a 140/70 17 stock and can take a 150/60 17.
Why make a 125 and not a 250?

130 is fine - shit, i think some of my 750s and 1100s had tyres that size years ago... and still rode the OPH on the pegs.... wider does not mean better necessarily...
...next I'll be hearing that litres turn corners better than 600s :lmao:

Why aren't any companies making a 250 sports 4 cylinder 4 stroke FI bike????

Zeno, I never said it would handle better, someone said it was wide for such a small bike but it's basically a rollerblade wheel!

Ah yes, the Ripper-mobile; though, ultimately had you turned your attention to an 800 or 600 or 400 or 200 (ad infinitum) as they got smaller - and hopefully the crank narrower - it will go from upright to lean smoother and faster, would it not? Maybe get down the Eastern Suburbs and start a new project on that wasted 600 sculpture?

I know, relax... :)
...though 130 is plenty wide - no need to tow extra friction hey!

...faster than a black SRAD7fiddy? :p
