Raptor caliper and bracket modded to suit the Blade.
Fits nice, now just got to see what the hydraulics is doin.
Will be lookin at more hydraulic advantage but longer stroke.
Brembo pistons are bigger overall than stocker.

Great job with the conversion!
Have to disagree with the bleeder being in a good location, bubbles float to the top, getting the little bastards to go down hill damm near impossible!

Sorry were still missing the sarcasm smiley.
The bleeder couldnt be in a worse spot, its the lowest point on the system but the caliper will have to come off for bleeding and held in a number of different positions while bleeding

yep double chamfer prep so vitually full penetration.
cant believe how straight it welded up. I was expecting it to warp all to 5hit.
The disc runs dead down the center of the caliper

Yeah the caliper on the R6 needs to be removed to bleed it as the line is higher then the caliper.
The other thing is, that doesnt look very crashable.
A caliper isnt going to make a massive difference to your COG ;-)

Kevlar line showed up today, ($170) a bit long but we dealt with it. Used a cushioned pipe clamp half way along bolted into the swingarm and it bled up without too much drama.
Surprisingly little stroke and my twist grip still worked.
But the best thing was the 80 gram weight saving...seriously I though it was going to be heavier. On track I think its going to feel and work better than the stocker.
