I did, that is the link I was using, a pop up appears requesting me to enter my username and pswd to 'connect to nwsrats.com'. I enter them and the popup re-appears as if the details I entered was incorrect.

That'll happen if you use YOUR login and password, using 'rats' as login and 'highside' as password SHOULD work.
