Hi
Can you point me in the right direction :)
My road bike needs these, is there any particular order i need to do these in ? and where around campbelltown / Liverpool would be good to get the pink slip done ? Would like to have it done whilst i wait, is this possible or does it need to be booked in and left.
Cheers

See Tex at Minchinbury if ya can get there.
He will do it on the spot, just phone him prior to going.

Yes you need to get a pink slip first, then take it to the RTA with your renewal papers, otherwise they will not let you renew the rego.
have you never done this before? It's just like a car ....

Pink slips shouldn't take too long, (15mins approx)... thought best to call up and just let them know so everything runs smoother...
to get your bike registered = pink slip + CTP (compulsary third party insurance otherwise known as a green slip), then fork out a few more for rego...
generally most car mechanics can do bike pink slips, most i've come across. costs should be about $28.80 or there abouts...

Yep don't forget your greenslip... try and shop around to save a few $$$, most big insurance companies have an online quote system. though greenslips is also a good site to compare :ayyy:

By the way, do bikes need a pink slip even when new or do they get those '3 year grace' like cars? (new cars won't need a pink slip for the first 5 years from this July)

Bikes do NOT need a pink slip if it's less than 3 years old... :)

Hi Kat00
I work up at Wetherill Park so Minchinbury is 5 minutes away, sounds like a lunchtime plan :)

some places process the pink slip online and most greenslip providers do so as well, which then allows you to pay your rego via credit card over myrta.com.
