it has some interesting thoughts that I agree with and have put to the test with my then new gix 750 k6, and my rgv. also my mate did the same thing with his 06 r6. the bikes opened up sooner and developed above average power...

i would do this again on a new bike, dont tell the bike shop though, they will void your warranty faster than a cat with a firecracker in its bum!

Fully agree, a late friend of ours used to do it with all his bikes and the shop he used to get his bikes from knew he did it and had no probs with it....even when he got his 1098s he told them he was going to run it in the same way and they had no prob with it......they are on the Central Coast and are Dynoers.....so i guess they understood his way......and yes his gixxers did go harder than the other guys gixxers.......am i right Markus ???
