Graves Alloy Fairing Stay Scraping on Damper?

Just fitted Graves fairing stay to my 07R1 & it scrapes on my damper.Does anyone else have this problem? Any comments appreciated!

Graves do make nice gear but just coz they only make for Yamaha doesn't mean they are the best for it. Not talking about this matter exactly, but for example, their exhausts aren't all they are cracked up to be in terms of h.p, and you can get much nicer made systems for sure. Just like Erion for Honda, it's just a gimmik.
