View Full Version : Can you buy beforehand

can anyone tell me if you can buy from Pickles Auctions before the auction date. I know you can buy cars from some auction houses before they go under the hammer they just call the lot No & drop the hammer on the day (i buy cars like this all the time). theres a GIXA750 they got that i must have but its in the NT & I don't want to wait till the 11 Oct for it to go under the hammer. Any body know any contacts that work for pickles?

Sprinter (http://www.nswroadandtrackbikes.com/forums/member.php?u=23) here used to work at Pickles, and my well have people on the inside. I'd only recommend going to him though if you were truely madly deeply keen on this very bike, but it sounds like you are :) <sorry Sprinter for dobbing you in> :)

Fowles have allowed me to buy before the auction, I believe Pickles do, but it might be a case of who you know, not what you know. you know?

holdontight I am pretty sure you can buy beforehand, my brother bought a Triumph (car) years ago from Pickles just that way. At least I'm pretty sure it was Pickles.

Let us know how you go, thats pretty exciting mate... any ideas on transport? not sure if the major transporters go up that way.

Is this for the track?

scarcellas transport at narellan go to darwin and back. cant remember who else goes there.

yep she'll be a tracky if all go's well.
My father inlaw ownes a transport com he'll arange that side of it.
