Chat with Slowbro . Pretty sure I saw his 600 was all lockwired. He might want to swap his drilled set for your virgin ones ????

no prob.
the clamp simply tightens around the filter and the wire anchors it.
(caliper bolts / sump bolt / oil filter / oil filler cap / radiator cap)
now! ... does you bike have a 'shark fin' on the underside of the swingarm infront of the chain/sprocket ????

Is it tough shit to drill? - calliper boots are high tensile Steel - yes its tough - I suggest you whip them off and down to your nearest bloke with a drill press (bring your own bits)

It can be done easily yourself with some sort of cutting compound, numerous drill bits and patience.. Drill press is far easier though.. Took me best part of an hour to drill thru all the bolts required for lockwiring..

kris just get whittney to do it
Paul, Whittney did it this afternoon :) :) :)
He snapped about 343434 drill bits doing it, but they are all done! Ill buy myself some lock wire and a tool tomorrow at MCAS, I'll need to do it myself
HYPE, whats this about sump drain plugs? Yes, my bike has a shark fin fitted. Ill drop the coolant tomorrow night and install the oil filter clip etc
Ill bring the bike prepped, as for if ill try my hand at a race is yet to be determined. Never ridden this track before and the bike Whittney tells me is competly different now. See how i go - ill get the choice anyway, im sure if i register last minute ill be allowed in ;)

Nope, that garage has got me, Lachie, Craig and Mark. Garage allocations are on the left of your name - you don't seem to have one.

not sump!
Belly-Pan plugs (the removable rubber bungs)
Thats what i meant! Plugs.. whats that for? Isnt the idea to keep the fluid in the pan, id rather remove the pan to empty it then drill holes in it for some bung
Gotcha re: garage. So on the prac day, im assuming there is power for warmers or do I need to pay for a garage on that day?
