I'm dead keen to enter this one; got the entry forms all filled in and ready to go, but I still can't make head nor tail of whether my bike ('99 ZX7R) is eligible or not. Tried to give the eligibility fella a call a couple of times today (De Caux?) but haven't heard back from him yet.

I've read through multiple forums and reams of toing and froing on the topic (not a paid member of PCRA so can't access theirs) and all I read adds to my confusion of whether they the literal interpretation of the rules or that they allow 7Rs through to 03 since there was no changes to the model.

Last year I saw a few 7Rs running around in Pre Modern, Wetty's and another couple? So are all these '95 complianced? Or has someone proven that they were available to the general public in '95 thus are allowed? I know this argument has been done to death but I can't find a definitive answer..

Cheers fellas :ayyy:

bring it and have fun. 11/95 plated 7's and 03 plated 7's are all ok as are the T model. the more 7's on the grid the more i will like it . green is good. more the merrier

To put it simply::: If a 99 ZX7 is exactly the same a 12/95 & its only cosmetic's changes then its in.
If there is changes to the major components,eg:: frame, engine, gearbox, forks, etc then your in trouble.

You forgot fueling... If it stopped with carbies in 95 and then in 96 it came out with fuel injection it aint eligible.. This is straight from the horses mouth as i asked the same about the T model and that was the reply i recieved..

Thanks all, sounds like I'll be right since it's only your standard raceglass/slicks/exhaust job..

SLAC, the 7R was never injected, even in 2003.. so she's sweet..

My entry form is in the mail yeehaa!
