Motomummy.. dont bother, seriously, these ares are RETARDED if you want something in a hurry! Ask anyone...

Ive had to cancel two orders because they are incapable of replying to emails when you need parts fast.

Superbikesupply US, speak to Brad or Mary, at least they get back to you..

Honestly if you want something in a hurry then you need to search & ask first, places like motomummy are like retailers here they don't keep endless stock just because you want it yesterday. If they have to order part in then in most cases it is there supplier who is to blame with long delays. They also have a cap on postage to keep price down so the quoted delivery time once USPS gets package is 7-10 days.

I find people that expect to buy something cheap os who complain about the wait are the retards. I have never had a problem with motomummy & they always answer my emails within 1-2 days as there is a 14 hour time difference as well. You buy anything os you should expect to wait 14 days unless you pay for express postage like UPS which costs double & that still wont help if there supplier doesn't send them the part. I had to wait 4 weeks for my vortex rearsets because vortex run out of stock.

Little hint: email at least 2 suppliers & tell them up front you need in a hurry can they help before ordering, I have done this many times without problem.

Roy, your wrong.

Gammer and myself have made 3 seperate orders, they dont reply to email within a week - so stating that I'm retard is hardly justified given we've given them enough chances. You mighta got lucky but on the whole their service is shoddy at beast. They are cheap because they have pathetic service. FYI, I ALWAYS place in my order comments the parts are required ASAP if if stock is not present to cancel my order - Motomummy have failed to do this twice. Albert ordered engine covers, sent numerous emails and they went so far as to send out his rearsets (also that he ordered) but failed to notifiy him the engine covers were out of stock and werent to be included in his order... like wtf?

Go figure.

Buying from USA (or abroad) comes under the SODS law effect...

If you need the part urgently, then SODS law has it delayed or stuck in Customs...

If you arent in any urgency, then I've had parts here in 4 days......

Generally I recon 7 days is the norm....

Just buy local and pay 4x the price then Kris if they are that shit. I've spent thousands through Motomummy and never had a problem dealing with Cory there.

Also writing on the order form you need this ASAP might tick them off because believe it or not I'm sure everyone who orders stuff wants it ASAP, not in 6 months time.

Sending nasty emails only makes them do stuff slower in most cases. I'm not saying you did this but it's generally a good reason why some people have no trouble and others have plenty. Maybe they are sending you a message that they don't want your buiness?

The main holdup I have found with getting stuff from starcycle and arata usa have been aust post and delivery here.

No, buy from places like STG, Superbike Supply and Pero motorsports - all have no dramas replying to emails and helping with urgent parts (Master cylinder rebuilds for example)

Use the search function, another guy had a thread and 'gammer' on here also had issues..

http://www.gixxer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=242634 <-- lack of communication, and he's not the only guy in there!

Don't use them in the future mate, but that's the risk you take buying O/S.
