Judging by the graphic display flash on their add, I just wonder if they would be a distraction for the rider, especially at night.

I did think that, but i thought if your hands are on the bars it would stop the light flashing in your eyes. Maybe?

hmm where are you guys looking .. pretty trick idea maybe if they were a bit smaller and used some high intesity lights with reflectors directicting the light in the right direction.
