As I'm a local thought I would go and check them both out.

Haven't been to MAW (Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse) since its change in location and management, well its now a Lawn Mower/Motorcycle Shop (WTF) at the risk of a defamation suit I well make no other comment than I will not return.

Dropped into CHM (Castle Hill Motorcycles) as soon as I walked in Michael the owner came out and introduced himself by name. Asked that if I was looking for tyres which I indicated yes to, then went through all the brands and where they originate from in Australia and delivery times (even had multiple sets of racing slicks in stock). Then said that if I ever see anything elsewhere he will price match or if able to better it price wise. All I need to do is just let him know. Even chatted about Andrew from ECRD (in a positive way). It's so refreshing to know there are blokes in the industry like this, we have a few of them involved in our site in one way or another, but for every good one there's plenty of dud's

Like General MacAurthur I shall return.

awesome to hear... he's a top bloke, I think we have to credit Bigdog for setting up a top relationship for RATs with Michael.

I got to know Andrew a little better at Phillip Island, and I reckon he's a good guy, he might be firm but he's fair. His job is not always the easiest ... he's pretty much the boss (or the manager), and how often are they loved by everybody?

I have been to the new MAW, and they seem alright....should give them a chance.

the only thing Im not happy about is how they treated SAM.

Mick at CHM has done alot of work on my bikes over the years and seems to do good work, but Ill be stuffed if he can commit to a time schedule :)

I recently went to the new MAW and they seem alright but I have no reason to leave the service I have received from Michael and Tim , thumbs up to them and Bigdog for setting up the Rats discount . As for Sam , I personally don't see what was so good about her , went there a few times but her service wasn't anything to write home about . Each to their own I suppose , I don't want to bag her but I personally will be sticking with CHM regardless of where Sam is .
