:ayyy: Can anyone out there recommend someone that polishes the whole rim on a bike? Someone that does a really good job & would you have any idea how much it would cost. My rims are polished on the outer lips only.

Hi. These are the guys we (Hayabusa people) use for chroming... they do polishing too!

Astor Metal Finishes
93 Malta st (end of the street, off Woodville rd)
Villawood
9727 5622

Not sure how much it would be, but probably worth asking!
Ask for Richard, and tell him all the Hayabusa guys said he does good work for good prices! Haggle with him!

I remember getting a quote from the place next door to SnR Pro in Penrith. They said it would be about $400 each wheel, but I'm guessing Astor would be less.

$400? i think that would of been the whole wheel for that price. Mine was about 180 for both outers but was cost price for i was at westerns then. Benifits of working in the game.

save ya self some money and do most of the work ya self. Paint strip the wheel and start and polish it ya self. Then get some one to do finish it off properly.
But really id just stay with the outers as having a whole wheels polished is too much trouble keeping clean. Its a night mare polishing a whole wheel every co often which you will have to do to keep it shiney.

You need to work out what would be more fun. Riding the wheels of it or pollishing the wheels on it.
