Just remember that if it's too good to be true then it's probably so... pay with PAYpal then you have a way of getting the $ back via their dispute/resolution process... Still very nice buy!

Good buy, I know guys that have bought hundreds of dollars worth of electronic for just a few cents on E-BAY. Nothing wrong with them, just had no reserve and noone else bidded.

I am constantly amazed at just how cheap the stuff coming out of china is ... and it's getting cheaper all the time.
I read a detailed article on it recently, a well known journo was discussing these parallel 'two economies', where manufactured goods (primarily from China) are so incredibly cheap, and getting cheaper, whereas anything that must have local labour content is so very expensive. For the price of a haircut you can but two power drills, for instance. For the price of a plumber unblocking your drain you can get a television.
The question is, how much has this improved our standard of living, and how artificially skewed is it? How long can it last ... and when it stops, what will happen to inflation?
Sorry if going off on a tangent oggy .... good buy for sure, you need aftermarket levers IMO :ayyy:
EDIT:
However ..... I fitted a set of 'genuine' Pazzo levers on my bike, bought from a guy who has been doing group buys across many forums, at an average price. I sold the bike, which the new owner then crashed, braking a lever. Being CNC machined, he took it to a welder mate who told him it's wasnt, it was cast. And that's why they can make them so cheap, a machine spits them out so being a chinese factory the cost is only a few cents' worth of metal.
I'd expect it would be the same with these oggy :(

cnc only really means the machining operation that was done

either way cast or billet can still be welded:ayyy:

Thats right CNC is Computer Numerically Controlled and refers to the machining process.
Steel can be cast,forged,extruded.......

Welding a narrow bit of cast metal? Anything is possible, sure, but how feasible? The real pazzo are cut from a block of steel, quite a difference, it's not just the finish. maybe that's the 'billeting' process? I'm not really sure.
Regardless, I don't think it really makes any difference to your day-to-day performance; at those prices, if you break one, get a new one :ayyy:

theres no probs welding it
billet just means like you say machined from a block or extrusion.
really the only difference between billet and cast is billet has a more uniform
structure than cast

one part says that its a fit for a cbr1000, further down it says they're for an R6/R1.
(unless they're compatible for both?)

I saw a doco the other night on issue of internet security and the yanks have noticed there has been a big increase in industrial espionage over the past few years, in particular the theft of CAD drawings from various industries (even the US military hasn't been missed) and they have reason to believe that the culprits are from the land of the dim sim.
So therefore they get to save a shitload in R&D as well as paying peanuts to their workers, thus the being able to produce such cheap (in every sense) items.
It's hard to pass up these bargains, and I have been guilty of purchasing the odd product with an RoC or PRC tag , just wonder where it's going to lead???
Good deal on the levers, hope they fit without too many alterations :dohsmiley:

Update.... Its been a week of email pig-pong.. (I'm loving it...).. First emails outside Ebay asking me to send them an extra $20 as they stuffrd up on the sale price (which they did....)... I've emailed back saying bad luck and just ship what i paid for.... Few emails them saying they wont ship for that price and ones from me saying ship or you'll get negative feedback etc etc...
They then return my money via paypal and report me for non payment (err they returned money).... So they get negative feedback from me lol..... I just called their bluff and instead of trying to get out of an Ebay strike for non payment, I repaid via Paypal the winning bid, so balls back in their court to send goods...
No doubt I'll get a shonky pair sent over (if any), but Its been a week of amusement...
btw... their full price is still only some $50 ish for most models, so not bad !!
