carbon is nice if used wisely, sometimes it can be overdone....

I do love the carbon look but overused such as the above can make it look a little tacky!

money can't buy taste

Just the quote I had in mind.... As a show bike it would be good to demonstate what a manyfacturer of can mould, but as a personnal bike, its a very expensive way to look tacky.

As with Bikini's.... Less is more :ayyy:

Knowing who owns it, this bike will be well riden, mostly on the back wheel!

I love real carbon fibre... it's the tacky "carbon fibre look" stuff I hate.

I tend to disagree, you place all the original decals in a contrasting colour over that carbon to break it up and you have a nice looking bike, somewhat reminiscent of the GP bike in pre season testing.
I have a mate with a 916 senna done in the same fashion as described and to see it in the flesh looks hot/different.
Just don't make a mistake and buy fibreglass died black that some sell as carbon, plenty of people have, but just don't know it.

Is that a full CF tank? Or just a tank/airbox cover?
