A pic of this private track came up in a thread here a month or 2 ago.
When talking to Mr. Robotpimp at EC today,
he said that he had heard of a track up that way, but not seen anything.
I think this is the track you've heard about Mark.

That's the one. I think it's for his collection of exotic cars. Still the layout looks fantastic.
ZOMG!! hahaha - someone figure out when the owner is away and lets go play.

is that the track Rapid Magazine are using for their track tests now?
Edit, Yes it is the one Rapid uses now. 4.4Km long, Owned by Dean Wells former CEO of Coca Cola. He needed a place to take his mclaren F1, bentlys, lambo's etc...

You'd have to have more dollars than cents to have a race track lined with tree's.

Depends Kringle; at first sight, Marulan looks the same, but it's well designed etc and that doesn't seem to be a problem.

Marulan is a much slower track though.

"When i win Lotto" I'm going to buy 1000 acres outside of a major city like Sydney or Brisbane and build a Moto Complex(just for bikes). GP race track with grand stands pits etc, Motocross track, bike shop selling all manufactures of road and trail bikes including Superbikes/Track bikes, with the rest for riding trail bikes and camping. Have accomadation from tents to 5 star apartments, restraunts etc etc.....

i wonder if a DA / BA or if the EPA or councils know about this thing.
Norm Fraser built a go kart track at a medowie, and had a single race meeting there in the early 90's, and a bloke from the council came up and asked....what is this doing here.......
Ohh, and there were no insurances, no CAMS inspection or sanctioning, a very very dangerous venue.
Mega FAIL.

ohhh, btw, new road costs approx $1mil per kilometer per lane.........
the cycleway that follows the M7 was $40mil.......
wouldn't it just suck if people were broadcasting details and photos of your house / property / backyard, and they were promoting trespassing upon it...?!
I hope he owns a shotgun and a pack of angry dogs...

5kms 22 corners.
Ive ridden it twice ,its awesome. Very safe and the surface is the Best in OZ. All covered by the correct bodies ,MNSW ,CAMS ETC ,its not for racing but fine for corporate and school days. Its more like a private "road" than a all out Race track.
We are up there on the 28th of this month.
And to ride the track is by invitation only.

Sorry but i don't think many of the Rats will be prepared to pay the premium price as its really only select clients that this venue caters for .The owner and myself are working on more corporate deals and events as opposed to general ride day clients at this stage.
We have a few world champions at these days :) and more will come, but for now its still in its infancy as far as general public goes.

Mate, if you were that rich, you'd just build your own like this guy has. This track is nothing new, been around for ages, many a discussion has been had that's the same as the discussion that is happening in this topic now.

Its early days with this set up and personally, it would be great to expose as many riders as possibly to the track, because its awesome to ride and a great place to expand one's riding ability so ill keep you all posted.
Thanks Irena :)

Let see at 5km, dual lane width, then your looking at approx $10mil.
For the CEO of large American symbol of free west that would be part of his yearly bonus, small change really
