Haro boys and girls,
Me and my mates were looking to buy some parts/accessories and since the aussie dollar was doin alright we thought it'd be a good time to buy from the US. Can anyone recommend any good trustworthy stores that they have dealt with? I know of (and have bought from) Riders Discount, Motomummy & Sportbike Track Gear before with no problems. Any others? Cheers

www.solomotoparts.com
Have bought often from them and never any hassle. Once sent the wrong item (worth $50). Refunded me the money and told me to keep or give away item.

Thanks guys, this is great! But we're more looking for parts & accessories for the bike rather than gear for ourselves. Good to know for future reference though :ayyy:

I would love to buy from an Australian shop and support Australians but at the end of the day i just can't ignore the massive diffrence in prices. If they were a lil more competitive maybe i could justify it.
I will be buying stuff of Mat Mladin though!

Its hard to say. Its not just me but a few mates too. So theres a few diff bikes and no-ones really sure what they want. We have an idea, it all depends on what stuff costs. But things like braided lines (yes we know they're not ADR -approved), exhausts, rearsets, levers, steering dampers etc etc. THe usual kit and kaboodle.
Everyone know about the "best" prices with Riders Discount right? Don't pay what they advertise!! You can get it soo much cheaper!
www.1tail.com and www.sumofallparts.net have both been very good to me!

www.1tail.com and www.sumofallparts.net have both been very good to me!
I would NEVER deal with 1tail, they are tools. I ordered an undertail and blinker set from them as I couldn't find anything like that tail over here, paid for it, got an email receipt sent to me, last I heard of them for weeks. A month or so later I emailed them asking where my stuff is? Nothin, another week or so, nothing, another email? nothing, sent an email saying if they don't at least reply to me and let me know what's going on I'd have to cancel the payment on my credit card..... nothing, so now I am in the middle of getting the money back from Visa and canceling the sale. TOOLS.
as for US vs here, I know the gear I sell is pretty much what you would pay for it out of the US anyway, so depending on what you want and why, you CAN buy locally from me, and it won't cost you any more than getting it imported. Hope this helps.
