Does anyone know if 07-08 front forks will fit on a 06 model? Before you say ZENO......he wasn't sure.:confused1:

Pretty sure someone has asked that question on the rr.net forum Noel. Is there that much of an advantage in doing so though?

The chrome stanchions appear straight on my blocks - the gold outer tube which has the crease and dents is the problem; what is the slider (or just outer tube). I do not think it is something to try to straighten. Too weak.

I wouldn't attempt it either buddy. New one or take a chance on ebay (waiting for some information to come back)

Bloody hell. How did you notice it?
The 05 is the same as the 06, isn't it?

The gold slider is to weak to have straightened. I have been down the path.
Becareful buying ebay / wrecker bits for these - I also been down that path, both turned out crimped.
From Honda $200 each.
The gold bits are so weak - I crimped 1 when the bike dropped in the garage!
The 07 can be fitted by the looks of things - if you have the whole front with 07 wheel. http://www.stuntlife.com/forums/2-stunt-discussion/253546-05-06-honda-600rr.html
