I'm just interested to hear some other peoples thoughts on the new R6 as I'm looking to upgrade from a 01 R6 (old school carbi) to a newer one, after taking the R1 out for a spin I have no problem saying that the R1 is more than what i will ever use and think i would have more fun on the R6.

So basicaly anyone riden one or heard anything about them good or bad just want to hear what people who aren't a dealer have to say cheers ??:ayyy:

Have you looked at the new ZX6R? It might not be your cup of tea of course, but when I sat on it I loved it ... even more than the 10, and by all accounts it's a great bike. As is the R6.

The 09 R6 is the same as the 08 which i have.............
Unreal bike, fast at the track, the girls love it - what more could you want? :P

Have you looked at the new ZX6R?

No haven't really looked at any others my brother has the Honda rr which he won't let me ride and i'm pretty happy with the old R6 but always open to surgestions.

The new 675 and ZX6R are supposedly the best 600s. If its gunna get tracked or ur a yammy fan hard to look past the R6

+1 thats harsh when you are looking at which bike to buy. Unless you have previous history of hurting his bike.

Buy the '09 R6 and keep the '01 R6 for the track, owes you nothing.
