You'd have to think Haga's got it in the bag now. Good on him. Spies would have been a pleasure in his garage on race 2. LOL NOT

Haga's got it sewn up , but that begs the question , now that the ducs are so dominant with the extra 200 cc (they whinged so much to get)are super bikes going to do anything to make racing closer , it's quit obvious spies has to push 110% to just keep up with the ducs and he is the equal to haga in riding ability and better than fabrizio it's now become a one horse race or will with another two wins so i can't see the use in watching the wsb if thats how it's ending up or making it a bit closer. I still don't understand how they (ducati) can have the extra cc's if the 998 and 999 where so competitive ?:confused1:.

Ducati argued that the cost of making the 99x's competitive was too high and they'd pull out if they werent allowed the 200cc's for the twins.

Production bikes will trend to lower capacity I reckon, i.e. the big 1000's will likely trend towards the 800's that people will buy when boy racer wan'ts the same capacity bike as his Rossi/Stoner idol... eventually, full circle will hopefully ensure that we get 1000 V twins v's 750/800 inline 4's... bring back 111 Slight :D

The first to make a 800cc I4 will sweep the market clean for a few years or until others catch up.
To date the sussie gsxr 750 is the best bang for buck all round, do everything bike and the only one in its class.
