Comments anyone?!
I was offered a brand new pair of these for a very decent price and am considering buying a pair... I do have a pair of the GP Plus that are almost new though. My idea would be to buy the GP Techs and sell my other pair on ebay or whatever to soften the blow (which is already quite soft actually) and because I wouldn't need it anymore.
They would be strictly track gloves as is my other pair atm.
Good idea? Bad idea? Should I not bother?? Am I being to metrosexual about it?:lmao::lmao:
Just asking as I don't personally know anyone who has these and would be interested on hearing some opinions...:ayyy::ayyy:
I've tried them on in store and so should you! I think they are something that knights would wear. Really thick, ready for battle if your tool is an axe or a hammer and very little feel. At least that was my impression after trying a pair in store which wasn't broken in. Your mileage may vary.

Consider the GP pros, a little bit less protection and more comfort and reasonably cheaper

Like I said, I have the Plus... and the Techs are cheap. I can't really pick and choose. I guess I'll try a pair on tomorrow if I can find one in my size.
Are they really that hard? They're supposed to have kangaroo leather palms and all...:confused1::confused1:
The pair I've tried on was, like I've said, try them on.

I love my GP Techs, I bought them in 07 though, so maybe they've changed them, but I tell you I wouldn't bother considering (for myself) ANY other type or brand, they are sublime.
Originally they took a few days of conditioner to break in, originally VERY difficult to pull on, but they bedded in perfectly... I used them for daily commuting on my fairyblade and on the track, perfect feel, great protection, I'd buy them in a flash if I wrecked my set. I've had them for 13 months now and they're 100% structurally.. nostitching lost... perfect in heat and rain!

Buy the techs and sell me the plus'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What size glove are you?? I'm looking at buying a good set of gloves in the near future, so, if they're sizing 10/11 (Me thinks that means large, or x/large.) I'm interested.
My current R-jays are x/large and it also states '11'.
Food for thought.........

Hmmm... I really can't see the need for another pair. Especially cause I only ride track and it's not that often to be honest...
It's a size 10 (L) and I'll sell it in case I buy the Techs. Will be trying one today methinks.
