Need to vent here, and i would like to hear similar stories to the one i'm about to tell:
Basically on wed nite, i found that someone had hit my bike (right side drop- mirror broken, brake leaver bent, and bars moved up maybe even bent upward). So i call the agent because i remember the lawn guys parked next to my bike that morning(footnote: 4 carspaces at the rear of apt.), the agent replies the guy said he didn't do it and he wants to talk face to face. He just reiterates what he told the agent... so i believe him and continue investigating, the only other guy who parks next to me is another neighbour... so i approach him when he gets home, and he tells me about a week or 2 ago that one of the neighbours did hit my bike a week ago and here's the best bit.

so that week or 2 ago, it was a tuesday after our last long w/e. i remember it so well because i hop on my bike to go 2 work, and instantly i feel like my handlebars are higher than usual look around no visible damage... cut it short, took it to the ducati club and got a mate to sit on it, he told me i was still high from the weekend. i thought it was just me as i do ride another bike (lil postie to work)

I should also note that the neighbours who had the party is related to the landlord.

Now i feel much better, too bad i can't go for a ride :cursing::cursing:. Looking to hear from stories like this...:)

Bugger. Worst I've experienced is coming back to my commuter hack spada and finding it on it's side after a car reversed into it. A witness gave me the licence plate number which I pursued with the cops but not surprisingly they couldn't have given a toss.

Lucky for me the bike wasn't known for it's aesthetics and there was nothing worse than a few dents and scrapes.

I have had two hit and run accidents with my GSXR750.. both times a witness left a note... got their insurance to pay out on both for around $3000 each time.. not bad since the bike only cost me $3800 to begin with..

One times was just after i put new fibreglass fairings on (like 2 days later), it was ok, since they hadn't been painted yet.. That insurance money helped :)
